Kiefer Livestock
Our Story
Kiefer Livestock is a family-run operation that we started in 2018 focusing on educating and developing the youth of the agriculture industry and producing high-quality show goats.

We are currently based out of Klein, Texas which was historically a large agricultural community. However, over the past 40 years, much of the farm and ranch land has been developed into shopping centers and neighborhoods. Currently, we are proudly one of the few remaining agricultural businesses.

Kiefer Livestock places a great emphasis on educating and working hands-on with the youth to help develop attributes such as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

We offer a diverse array of products and services including livestock consulting, showmanship coaching, show day fitting, reproductive services, show goats, and everything needed to get you from day one to the grand drive.

As stated above, Kiefer Livestock is a family-run business that strives to provide our customers with a unique buying experience. None of which would be possible without the countless hours of hard work and dedication from each of our team members. That being said, please take the time to get to know our team!
Nolan Kiefer
Nolan graduated from Tarleton State University in 2022 with his B.S in Agriculture Education where he focused on honing the art of educating and working with youth. Nolan has been blessed with the opportunity to learn from and be advised by
Dr. David Frazier and Mrs. Laurah Williams. Both mentors have served key roles in helping perfect his facilitation and education skills. Additionally, Nolan has had the privilege to work under and learn from numerous leaders in the Livestock Industry such as Luke Hammer, Chad Walker, and Steve Sturtz throughout his time in high school and college.

In addition, Nolan also completed 3 years of undergraduate research through the Texas A&M Agrilife Research Center under the direction of Dr. Jim Muir and Mrs. Nicole Cherry in the Plant and Animal Interactions Laboratory.
